The Peabody-Essex Museum is a world-class small museum located in Salem, MA. It features many treasures from The Far East including several beautiful Yixing teapots, as well as many fine examples of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Indian art. Of special is interest is Yin Yu Tang, a late Qing dynasty merchants’ house, originally located in southeastern China.
