Hongcha
A Korean black tea made from early pickings of the traditionally grown Nokcha plants. Soft and malty, without the harsh tannins associated with everyday black teas. Certified as traditionally produced and grown without any chemicals. Certified organic in Korea.
Brew for 1-2 minutes using water temperature 195° F. Can be brewed 2-3 times.
