Pouchong
A fragrant, lightly oxidized, green oolong from the mountains of
northern Taiwan. Produces a subtly vegetal flavor and a citrus-like
tang, delivering the gentlest hint of cinnamon. Brew at 175° F for
one to two minutes. Can be brewed 3 to 4 times.
