Snow Jewel
A rare Chinese white tea from Zhejiang Province made from the silver leaf buds of a wild tea variety just before they open. Sophisticated, subtle, yet highly fragrant, with a delicate flavor reminiscent of peaches and pears.
Brew for 1-2 minutes using water temperature 160° F. Can be brewed 3-4 times.
